Edward Lee Cave Division

Larry Sicular has recently returned to real estate sales, joining the Edward Lee Cave Division of Brown Harris Stevens after a number of years as a real estate appraiser and market analyst. His expertise is in the Manhattan real estate market, specifically in studying the various factors that contribute to value. He now intends to apply these interests to helping buyers and sellers achieve optimal results, in a very large and complex market.

Larry Sicular was Executive Director of Brown Harris Stevens Appraisal & Consulting LLC from 1995 to 2002 and Managing Director of the Douglas Elliman Appraisal & Consulting Division from 1990 to 1994. He is state certified, a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI, RM), and an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He has sold real estate with William B. May and Brown Harris Stevens in New York and with Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco.

Mr. Sicular is also the editor of The Stamford Review, www.stamfordreview.com, a public policy and urban affairs journal. He is a graduate of Princeton University (BA 1975) and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business (MBA 1978).

Mr. Sicular was raised in northern California and abroad. He now lives on Riverside Drive and in Delaware County, New York.
