Edward Lee Cave Division

Armin Brand Allen is a born and bred New Yorker. From 1997 he has been a real estate broker with Edward Lee Cave, Inc., now the Edward Lee Cave Division of Brown Harris Stevens. Formerly a director of the Fine Arts Division of Sotheby’s, he was in charge of the European Works of Art and Ceramics departments, and later a successful antiques dealer and curator. Mr. Allen was also President of the board of The Preservation Society of Newport County, Newport, Rhode Island from 1999-2005. He has a keen appreciation of architecture and historic interior design. Mr. Allen specializes in the sale of properties on the Upper East Side, and he has negotiated the sale of a number of spectacular apartments which scope includes: a fifteen-room duplex; a Carnegie Hill townhouse; as well as a number of large family apartments and smaller pied-a-terres. His knowledge of buildings and co-operative boards is wide ranging.
